Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing more than one month but less than 3 months before the Event, will be subject to No refunds but will have the option to rebook there event when a date is available. If cancellation by the client is prior to 3 months before the event the client shall be entitled to a new date of rebooking with an additional deposit fee of $200 administration fee. Substitutions received in writing can be made at any time provided that the substitute attendee meets any applicable eligibility criteria for the relevant Event. All deposits are Non Refundable
